Return & Refund Policy

At Element Mens Formula, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when products may be returned, how refunds are processed, and what to do if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

1. Return Eligibility
Because our products may include dietary supplements and other consumable products, returns are subject to specific eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, products must generally be:

Do not consume or use a product that appears damaged, contaminated, tampered with, or otherwise unsafe.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, contact us promptly.
We may request photographs of the products received and the packaging to help investigate the issue.
If we confirm that an incorrect or missing item was caused by our fulfillment process, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If a product was sent incorrectly, arrived damaged, or another fulfillment error occurred, we may provide return instructions or otherwise cover eligible return shipping costs.

11. Subscription or Recurring Orders
If applicable, subscription or recurring orders must be canceled before the applicable processing deadline to prevent the next order from being charged or shipped.

12. Final Sale and Promotional Products
Products identified as final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
